How do I obtain my vending stickers? Submit the signed Vending Contract along with your first month's payment. Self-adhesive stickers, measuring 3-in. by 5-in., will be sent to you promptly.
May I fax my signed contract to begin the process? Yes. Please fax the Vending Contract and Debit/Credit Card Authorization form to (314) 241-1996. What information will I have to show location owners that I am associated with the N.C.C.S.? The N.C.C.S. will send you a Vending Machine Placement Letter with your stickers. Complete the letter by adding your name and phone number as the contact; make copies of this letter; and give the letter to the owner/operator at each prospective location. The letter provides the owner/operator with your contact information and confirms your association with the N.C.C.S.
How do I make my monthly payments? You may pay by check, money order or by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Will I receive an invoice each month? No. If you are a monthly credit-card donor, you will automatically be charged on the 15th of every month. Self-addressed envelopes are provided for check payments. What if I need more stickers? Submit our Additional Sticker Request Form (PDF file), along with payment, to order more stickers. You may also order by phone.
How do I withdraw from the program? Remove all N.C.C.S. stickers from your machines and return them to the N.C.C.S., regardless of condition, along with any unused stickers and a written request for cancellation of your contract with the Vending Program. How else might I support the N.C.C.S.? You may purchase N.C.C.S. apparel through our form.
